Use of Independent Courier Services Policy and Procedure


Radha Govind Samiti (RGS) ( uses independent courier services to ship all processed orders to consumers. RGS understands that the courier has all necessary policies and procedures in place to deliver packages in a timely, professional manner. By placing an order on the consumer understands that the courier is independent of RGS, and therefore RGS has no control over the following:

  • The conduct of the courier, e.g. the time taken to deliver a shipment and that procedures are carried out correctly when the designated person is not at the shipping address to receive the shipment, etc.
  • Courier charges.

Shipping fees include packaging and handling, courier charges and transport costs, which vary depending on the weight, size and quantity of an order and the shipping location.

When packages are collected by the courier for shipment to the consumer, the consumer will be able to track the status of their shipment by entering their tracking number. Consumers will find the details of the courier service delivering their package and their tracking number on the invoice sent to them via e-mail by RGS.

RGS reserves the right to change courier services at any time without notice, and welcomes feedback from consumers regarding the conduct of the courier service.


In the unlikely event that a consumer experiences difficulties with the courier service, for example, their package has not arrived or the courier did not phone the consumer before returning the package to RGS, consumers may contact the courier directly or inform RGS.
